Slack / Webchat
Webchat is conducted via Slack in private channels which are compatible with WCAG standards - details about Slacks commitment to WCAG 2.0 AA standards can be found at Slack's commitment to Accessibility.
Turning off emoji and animation settings will increase the accessibility for seeking to increase the accessibility of Slack for communicating with Xpand.
Subscribed and premium support customers will receive access to Slack via email upon subscription.
Support Calls and Service Desk
Support calls for subscribed and premium customers can be raised via Jira Service which is WCAG 2.0 AA compliant
Support Enquiries through Webform
Support calls for community can be raised via a webform on the Support Page which is WCAG 2.0 AA compliant
Any issues with accessibility can be raised in the following ways :-
- Subscribed and Premium Customers can raise suggestions through our Service Desk
- Community Support customers can raise suggestions through our Support Web Form
- Suggestions can be made through the #accessibility channel on Slack for subscribed and premium customers
